Browsing data

Like every website, the server hosting these pages automatically records some technical data sent by the browser: IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, outcome of the request, type of browser and operating system. This data is used only to run the site and keep it secure, is not linked to identified persons and is not kept longer than necessary, unless it is needed to establish liability in case of computer crimes against the site. The pages are delivered through the Cloudflare network service, which transmits the content to visitors and protects the site from abnormal access.

Data you provide voluntarily

If you write to an e-mail address shown on the site, we use your address and the data in your message only to reply. The site has no forms, restricted areas or registrations. We do not ask for special categories of data, such as data on health or political and religious opinions.

Cookies

This site does not use profiling cookies, analytics cookies or third-party cookies, and does not install any other tracking tools. For this reason it shows no cookie banner.

Videos

On the pages, Vimeo videos are shown as a preview image: the Vimeo player is loaded, in an overlay window, only when you press the play button. From that moment the video is provided by Vimeo, which has its own privacy policy (vimeo.com/privacy). The episode pages also contain interactive videos hosted on a Conform server (videointerattivi.conform.it).

Third-party sites

The pages contain links to external sites, for example those of the project partners and Conform’s social profiles. Conform is not responsible for their content or their privacy policies.

Your rights

Under articles 15 to 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you may ask for access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you may object to the processing. To exercise these rights write to [email protected]. If you believe the processing breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
